Returns and Refunds
All products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (unworn and complete with all accessories, including the dust bag and all tags attached).
Products that do not meet these characteristics and are returned after the indicated terms will not be accepted.
Return shipments are always at the customer's expense.
It is not necessary to register your return online. Please contact our customer service team in advance at customercare@molteni-milano.it and follow the instructions. We encourage you to keep your return tracking number.
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange your purchased product, you can return it for a refund and place a new order. Your returned item will be reviewed to ensure all return eligibility criteria are met.

Please note that we only accept returns sent via DHL using the prepaid label provided. To return your order, contact our customer service at customercare@molteni-milano.it. You will be provided with a return label and a return form to complete and include in the box. Drop off the package at your chosen DHL access point.
If the package is damaged, please contact our customer service. Remember to photograph the package you received and keep it for further inspection by our courier.
If an item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact customer service at customercare@molteni-milano.it upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos and then return the item to assess its condition and provide a solution. MOLTENI MILANO reserves a period of at least 7 business days from receipt of the returned item to assess the problem and communicate the outcome of the assessment to the customer.
Your order will be refunded within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item was not returned in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.).
Once your return is received, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll also be notified of the outcome of the problem assessment and the approval or rejection of your return.
